In May 2025, our team completed a large-scale exterior repaint project at a 42,372 square foot manufacturing facility in Corona, California.
Located in the Inland Empire / Corona Sector, this facility had experienced years of exposure to UV rays, dust, and weather, leaving its exterior faded, peeling, and inconsistent in color. The goal of the project was to restore the building’s professional appearance, creating a clean, cohesive, and visually impactful exterior.
This exterior refresh restored the building’s appearance, delivering a clean, professional look and a strong visual impact. The facility now presents a more polished and consistent image, reflecting the high standards of its operations.

More About This Commercial Painting Project
Scope of the Work: The project involved a full exterior refresh, including meticulous preparation and protection of the building’s fixtures and surroundings. All attached equipment, lights, signage, fire sprinkler heads, windows, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces were carefully covered to prevent overspray.
The team power washed all exterior surfaces to remove chalk, debris, contaminants, and loose paint. Following the wash, we scraped peeling paint from both concrete and metal surfaces, trenched areas where allowable, and wire brushed and sanded rusted metal before applying spot primer. Newly repaired and patched areas were also spot-primed to ensure a consistent finish across the building.
Special Considerations: Efficiency and organization were critical during to the project. We coordinated essential site support to maintain workflow, including the rental of a secure storage container for paint materials and a portable restroom for crew convenience. These measures minimized disruption to the facility and ensured a smooth, professional operation from start to finish.
