The Proposal
A local manufacturing facility engaged us to repaint four large presses as part of its ongoing equipment maintenance and improvement strategy. To maintain operational efficiency, the project required a carefully staged approach to minimize any impact on production. We also recommended a more durable coating solution, effectively extending the presses’ maintenance cycle and enhancing their long-term performance.

The Process
All work was completed after hours and on weekends to accommodate the facility’s production schedule. This approach allowed us to avoid interfering with daily operations and limit equipment downtime.

We broke the project into stages, painting one press at a time to ensure a continuous workflow for the client. Pre-project planning and close coordination with plant management ensured each stage was executed smoothly. As the majority of the work was done from lifts, safety remained a top priority throughout, and all work areas were properly secured and cleaned before the start of each production cycle.

The Result
Through strategic scheduling and clear communication with the client’s team, we completed the project without affecting regular production. The refreshed presses not only improve visual appeal but also contribute to a cleaner, more professional work environment—all delivered on time and within budget.
