Problem To Be Solved:

The luxury condo building located at 550 Talbot is owned by Bluestone Properties, who is known for taking extraordinarily good care of their properties. We were hired to paint the common areas on all 12 floors of the building. The key challenge was finding a way to minimize disruption to unit owners and tenants.

Problem Solver Solution:

In order to paint this building, we first removed all of the existing vinyl wallcoverings on all 12 floors.  We then repaired the walls, and installed new vinyl. At that same time, we prepped and painted all suite and common doors and frames, elevator doors, fire cabinets, ceilings and baseboards.

Security was on hand on each floor when we were painting unit doors to ensure residents felt comfortable they and their belongings were secure.

Final Result:

We were able to complete this project with minimal disruption to the residents on time (four weeks) and on budget.
