Luther Village on the Park Retirement Home reached out to transform the atrium space with an emphasis on a positive colour change, impact on the residents’ well-being, and overall community engagement. Key priorities were to perform work with minimal disruption to the daily activities of the residents and staff while working in a safe manner when more than 60’ in the air.

Utilizing a lift-certified crew and the use of a specialty spider lift to gain access into the building while reaching the heights required, we were able to complete the colour transformation of the focal point at this senior living home. In conjunction with low odour paint, we further minimized disruption of the residents and staff.

In the end, we worked safely and efficiently, to give this space a new look to liven up the atrium for years to come.
