Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of my day’s work as CertaPro Painters of Livingston’s office manager. I am responsible for all process steps to ensure smooth operations from beginning to end so our customers can have extraordinary experience. I’m delighted when the customers are happy especially when we receive a 5-star google review.
I support the company operations by communicating with customers and ensuring that all our painters follow our Certainty Service System on a daily basis. I lead production scheduling by coordinating with customers and assigning our crews to projects, assisting customers with their color selection process and helping them with any concerns they may have throughout the project. I love contributing to team effort to provide the best service possible to our customers.
When I am not working at CertaPro Painters I spend my time acquiring new skills that will make me more effective as an office manager, production scheduler, and customer service specialist. I enjoy watching historical series on Netflix, watching educational videos on YouTube, reading books, having quality time with my girlfriend and my friends.
