Residential Sales Associate

CertaPro Painters® is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative. You will be supplied with leads and we will provide you with the training and support to succeed.

What we're looking for

What we're looking for...
Assess customer needs and generate a proposal to include all requirements
Follow up with customer until the sale is closed
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communications from beginning to end of the project
Work closely with paint crews to ensure a high-quality experience
Develop new business among previous customers

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

At least one year of marketing or sales experience
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED - college degree and industry knowledge preferred
Good attitude
Able to lift 50 pounds

Compensation

Base salary plus commission
Warm leads provided and appointments already set up
