CertaPro Conference 2017

January 8th CertaPro Painters of Lexington heads to California as a nominee for one of the best Painting Companies in North America. Most of the week was mostly taking classes to better your position, and talking to other franchisees to see how they do things where they are located.
We had a really successful week for the most part; Rebecca Scott won Office Associate of the year, Andrew True won Development Salesperson of the year, Steve West won Commercial Franchisee of the year, National Sophomore of the Year, and Certa Gold Club of the year.
On the last night of the Conference was the night we had all been waiting for, every Franchisee had their eye on the prize…. The most honorable award there is to give out, The Certa Cup trophy, and the Gold Jacket. Our expectations were if we won or lost we had a great year.
Knowing that we were a finalist for the Certa Cup was a great honor to us, and when they announced the winner of the Certa Cup and our Franchise wasn’t announced we were heart-broken knowing that we came up just a little short and now we are more determined than ever just to work harder even more for the next year. We will have better strategies from getting leads to closing out the job, and hopfully coming out top to win the Certa Cup trophy.
