Challenges
Special challenges involved mainly had to do with equipment as we had to be very careful on the grounds not to damage with the weight of the aerial lifts we had to use. However we had to deal with a lot of weather as well during the duration of this project.
CONDITIONS
The exterior of the house is original to the house and had been kept in pretty good shape over the years but the oil base paint had started to fade and show its age.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – This project involved mainly just painting an oil base historic colors. However the house itself had received some repairs as well.
- Painting – This project required us to use a 65′ Boom Lift to reach some of the high peaks

After the project was complete, CertaPro Painters® of Lexington, KY gathered images of the new finish of the building. The team really transformed this historical building.
