Tracy joined our CertaPro team back in 2015 after a variety of life and work experiences. Initially, Tracy started as an office associate. She quickly transitioned to sales so she could engage potential clients in person rather than on the phone. She enjoys meeting new people and solving their painting project needs. Tracy is always tackling home repairs around her own house so she easily transfers those experiences to her role at CertaPro. Her success on-the-job centers on her ease with people to build their trust.
Tracy is a native of Canada but came to Texas as a college student and has been here ever since. Tracy has been married to Dave for 30 years who was born and raised in west Texas. They have lived in several cities, including Austin where their four adult kids live. Life stays busy with a high school student still at home. Tracy is active in her church, especially since her musician husband leads church worship and youth activities.
