Outside Sales Representative

CertaPro Painters® of League City & Galveston, a locally-owned franchise of the largest painting company in North America, is in need of an outside sales representative! This energetic individual interacts with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, determines their needs, & displays the ability to close contracts through consultative in-home sales. Training is provided to develop a thorough understanding of the products and processes.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include but are not limited to:

•Residential Sales & Consultations (in home with homeowners)
•Determine customer needs & project needs
•Estimate & create a scope of work
•Create written proposals for each project
•Work with homeowners to earn their business
•Provide excellent customer service
•Show strong priority management
•Take ownership with diligent customer follow-up and follow-through

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

Requirements for the Outside Sales Representative:
•History of accomplishments
•Experience in outside/consultative sales. Residential sales a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Detail-oriented
•Coachable
•Customer service mindset
•Ability to navigate software-based platforms
•Associates Degree minimum
•Experience in residential finish work/construction trade a plus

Compensation

Compensation: $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
