Pine Meadow Townhomes

Project: A townhome complex in Shawnee, KS reached out to us for help to freshen up the exterior of their 29 fourplex units which involved repairing wood rot and painting the building exterior.

Process: Because the units were 20 years old the buildings had faded and developed hairline cracks everywhere, so before the crew could begin painting they had to repair wood rot as needed on the exterior of multiple buildings.

Due to all the units being occupied by residents, our team of commercial painting professionals had to work with the client and their tenants to make sure all patio and deck areas were cleared for the crew to begin the painting process. Once the outside areas were prepared and powerwashed, our team painted the exterior stucco trim, shutters, doors, and soffits on all 29 fourplex buildings. The crew used large sprayers to apply the Sherwin Willams Loxon paint to provide protection from harsh weather climates and prevent the growth of mildew on exterior surfaces. CertaPro Painters® of Kansas City Northland was able to complete the job within two months.
