Pflumm Business Park

Project: The Pflumm Business Park in Lenexa, KS reached out to us to update the exterior of their seven-building complexes which involved painting the building exterior as well as removing and reinstalling over 100 new vinyl door address numbers.

Process: Since the seven-building complex exterior needed a refresh, our crew began the project by removing all man door address numbers, scraping off loose paint, and power washing all surfaces that needed to be painted. Once all areas were prepared, our team painted the building exteriors with a new color pallet to give the building a more modern-day look.

Since the business park was occupied by dozens of tenants, our crew had to work with each tenant to time the painting of their individual stalls and spaces in order to minimize disruptions and allow tenants to go about their day-to-day. After all newly painted surfaces dried, our crew reinstalled new vinyl address numbers on each man door. With two commercial painting crews on-site, CertaPro Painters® of Kansas City Northland was able to complete the job within two weeks.
