Community Clubhouse Exterior Painting Project
In August of 2021, CertaPro Painters® of Kansas City Northland was contracted to help with the restoration and painting of a community clubhouse building in the eastern part of Liberty, MO. Upon our initial inspection assessment, we found the siding on the building as in poor condition. The siding had not been painted in over 10 years and showed signs of failure like peeling and chalking paint. Thanks to our experience with commercial projects like this one, we were able to complete this project in 1 week with excellent results.
The clubhouse also had recently replaced both the deck and pergola with new pressure treated wood. Our commercial painting project included applying primer to the new pressure treated surfaces, painting 2 coats on the siding, and repairs to areas where rotting wood was found. The project had a fair amount of wood rot that needed attention and repairs before we applied the paint.

Fading Colors & Peeling Paint
Before painting the back deck banisters were severely faded, the paint was showing signs of failure.
