Meetings
Conduct Landed/ handoff meeting every Monday with the commercial staff
Conduct Scheduling meeting every Tuesday with whole staff
Conduct a Commercial Production meeting Every Wednesday with all commercial staff.
Attend weekly meetings with Commercial team leader.
Monthly onsite coaching events with Commercial team leader

Paint Inventory
Track Commercial paint inventory for back stock of often used left over paint products weekly and use these paint and primers when applicable on jobs.

Crew Handoffs
For level 1’s review scope of work with the crew when they come to collect the job jacket
Communicate important notes that may not be written in the proposal but were reviewed during the landed meeting
Communicate with the crew, PA’s, customer, and CSA’s about upcoming Handoff 2’s and 3’s to set a time for them to meet on-site when the job is set to start
Place the job In Progress in CertaOne

What we're looking for

Scheduling Crews
Add projects to the schedule within one business day of receiving landed proposal/WO
Create and update daily the commercial schedule and jobs in the schedule
Communicate with commercial customers on scheduling their project and collecting colors
Create the Color confirmation form and send to the customer. Follow up with customer to have the colors in three business day prior to the job starting

Creating Job Jackets
Create job jacket within two business days from receiving landed proposal/WO
If the proposal has changed before the project has started, replace the original proposal with the updated version
Job Jackets are reviewed weekly on Mondays between Sale and Production

Paint ordering for all jobs –
When I job Jacket is made then a paint order will be placed for 60% of the paint as soon as the colors have been confirmed.
If this amount is large, it will be dropped at the job site. If the amount is small, it will be dropped at our office .

Compensation

Salary Range- between $45,000-$55,000 per year

Bilingual Required
