Ararat Shrine Temple

Project: The Ararat Shrine Temple in Kansas City, MO reached out to us to revamp the building’s exterior which involved the painting of the stucco and all metal surfaces on the same sides.

Process: The stucco had been repaired many times due to water damage and had been stained in the past, but had become faded and was in need of fresh coatings. Because the stucco building had not previously been painted it needed to become watertight, so our CertaPro crew used the Loxon XP two coat system to lock out moister and protect the stucco from future water damage. The job required a 45 ’ boom lift in order to reach the areas around all of the windows.

Our commercial painting professionals were able to complete the job within 5 days. The client was so happy with the outcome of the exterior work that was done and had us come back to paint the interior of the building two weeks later.
