Our crews will arrive at the agreed-upon start time and begin work promptly to ensure an efficient and well-coordinated project. In preparation, please review the steps below so the site is ready for a smooth kickoff and uninterrupted workflow once the team is on-site.
Scheduling Note: While we do our best to stay on schedule, factors like weather or changes in earlier projects can occasionally impact start dates. If anything changes, we’ll keep you informed right away so there are no surprises.
What You Can Expect From Our Team
At CertaPro Painters®, we treat your home and property with care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every phase of the project. Unless otherwise outlined in your project agreement, our crew will take the following steps to protect your space and ensure a smooth workflow:
⭐ Safely reposition larger furniture items toward the center of the room to create proper working space
⭐ Protect flooring using appropriate coverings such as drop cloths, plastic sheeting, or protective paper products
⭐ Cover nearby furniture and belongings with clean protective materials to help prevent dust, drips, or paint exposure
⭐ Carefully return furniture and items to their original placement once painting work is complete
⭐ Remove job-related materials and debris from the site and dispose of them properly
⭐ Label and leave any remaining paint for future touch-ups and color matching needs
Final Walkthrough
Once the project is completed, a Job Site Supervisor will review the work with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Any final touch-ups will be addressed at that time, and questions about the completed project will be answered before sign-off. Our office will also follow up with a completion confirmation and final invoice for processing.

For safety, liability, and proper handling reasons, our team is unable to remove or reinstall wall-mounted televisions, monitors, or other permanently installed electronics. We kindly ask that all fragile, valuable, or easily breakable items be removed from work areas prior to our arrival to help ensure a safe and efficient project environment.

Project Lead - Mitch, and Megan - Sales Rep really got the ball rolling. From my chair, this was not an easy project. 17 ft & 12 ft vaulted ceilings in the living and dining rooms, respectively. Cross Beams, and lots of corners, nooks, etc. And they didn't get any paint on the trims, windows, railings, doors or windows. Everything was well covered up. A+ to CertaPro Painters.
