The project spanned three weeks from start to finish, during which our team worked diligently to enhance the appearance and durability of the shopping center’s exterior. The scope of work included:

Taylor Place is a bustling shopping center, and completing a project of this scale in December—one of the busiest retail months of the year—required thoughtful planning and communication. Our team coordinated closely with store owners and managers to minimize disruptions, scheduling work in phases to maintain customer access and business operations.
Adding to the complexity, roofing crews were simultaneously replacing the center’s roof, requiring careful collaboration to keep both teams safe and efficient. Despite the holiday rush and overlapping trades, the project stayed on schedule thanks to proactive planning and strong teamwork.
Specialized Equipment for a Safe and Efficient Job
To reach higher elevations and ensure precision on every surface, our crew utilized a 65-foot manlift. This equipment allowed us to safely access elevated stucco areas and complete detailed painting work with accuracy and speed.
