the home’s aesthetic. - Caulking Settling Cracks: Addressing cracks along the bricks to prevent further damage and
improve the home’s appearance. - Priming and Painting: Applying Peel Bond primer where needed, followed by two coats of Super
Paint in satin finish. The painting covered all siding, soffits/facia, windows (including the aluminum boxed frame), entry doors, and window sills. - Front Porch Floor: Painting the front porch floor with TreadPlex, enhanced with an anti-slip
additive for safety.
