- Panels in direct sunlight often heat to 130°F+
- Painting could not be applied above 115°F
This created a narrow window of opportunity each day, requiring careful planning, flexibility, and expert timing. The crew adjusted their workflow daily to ensure every panel was coated under optimal conditions.
