How much will it cost to paint my house?
There are many variables that go into determining the accurate price. We would need to look at the oriject & get measurements.
Do you have a project minimum?
Yes, our project minimum is $480.
Is there anything that can change the cost of a project after a customer receives a quote?
If the scope of work changes or it’s an old quote & material prices have changed.
How much paint do you need to paint a home?
It depends on the size of the house & if we’re changing colors.
When is the best time to paint?
We can paint interior projects anytime throughout the year. Exterior projects are best to paint during the dry summer months.
How often should people paint their homes?
Whenever they start to notice any peeling or flaking paint or just want to freshen-up their exterior.
How long does it take to paint a home?
It depends on the size of the home & what the customer is looking to have done.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured with workman’s comp & general liability.
How many people do you send out for each job?
It depends on the size of the project. We have single crews to 5+ painters per crew.
Is your team employees or subcontractors?
Our team is composed of both employees and subcontractors.
How will my project be managed?
Your project will be managed by the job-site manager.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a two year warranty on most surfaces.
How long have you been in business?
CertaPro Painters of Jackson, MS has been in business since 2007.
Can the painters work alone in my house?
That is totally up to the owner, but we have worked inside of occupied homes on several projects.
How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal?
That’s up to the customer also. If they would like multiple colors n multiple rooms, we will accommodate.
What type of paint do you use?
Sherwin Williams in the paint that we typically use.
Do you have Eco-friendly paint options?
Yes we have Eco-friendly paint options.
Do you use any materials aside from paint?
Yes, we may use a number of materials aside from paint.
What colors do you suggest?
I let the customers decide what color that we will paint their home, but we are happy to share advice.
Do you have color consultations?
We can arrange a consultation with a Sherwin Williams rep.
Is there anything the homeowner should do to prep for your crew to arrive?
Remove all wall hangings, & put all furniture in the middle of the room.
What is your clean up process?
We clean-up daily & store ladders & material in a area specified by the customer.
What commercial properties do you work on? (Ex: schools, warehouses, etc.)
We have done a little bit of it all from professional offices to water treatment plants.
What’s your most popular service? (Ex: do you stain a lot of decks? Paint brick houses?
Something that’s different than your average painting project) Painting brick is becoming more common, but we can do it all.
Do you offer any specials or discounts for groups like veterans, seniors, etc.?
Yes. We offer 5% off to seniors & veterans.
Have you won any local awards?
Yes, I have won “Best of Jackson” when painting was a category.
