Manufacturing Plant - Madison, MS
The Client:
In July 2021, CertaPro Painters of Jackson, MS, was hired to renovate a manufacturing plant located in Madison, MS, that is around 60,000 sq. ft.
The Client Challenge:
The manufacturing plant’s original brick and metal surfaces were fading, so their project manager contacted us for painting, drywall, and light carpentry repair services to enhance the building’s appearance. And since the plant would still be operating during the project, we had to work around the employees leaving and entering the building throughout the day.
The CertaPro Painters® Solution:
The project took 15 days from start to finish, and our crew was especially mindful of their noise levels so as not to disturb the employees. We rented a 60-foot articulating boom to perform our services and used our new Graco 7900 gasoline spray rig. We filled in small holes and primed the metal panels using a DTM bonding primer.
The Success and Result:
The final result was a honed and renewed look for the manufacturing plant. Where there was once faded metal and a dull exterior, there is now an exterior rich in appearance!
