What do you like most about being the Residential Production Associate at CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?

I get to meet many new people and help them transform their home into what they dreamed it would be. It is great getting to watch the transition from start to finish. Additionally, the day to day changing atmosphere keeps things interesting.

The team I work with is also great, they are smart and dedicated, as well as passionate about constantly improving.

Tell me about your background before coming to CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?

I was working as a bank teller before I heard about an open position at CertaPro. After making the move to work here I spent a year as an office associate focused on scheduling customers for estimates. I then transitioned over to a residential production role.

Tell us three things people don’t know about you?

I played the clarinet for 5 years and would like to think I’d still be good at it.
I drive many hours for work but hate driving in silence so I am always listening to the Crime Junkie podcast or any genre of music.
I’m only 5’ 3” but I used to run hurdles in track and field, and I did actually jump over them.

If you could have a super power what would it be?
Being able to teleport anywhere I want.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?
I like to donate to food pantries and animal shelters as often as I can. These places do important work for their communities and being able to help them where I can is important to me.

What drew you to CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?

When I first reached out about the position, I was immediately told not only about the job requirements but about the culture here at CertaPro. The description I got was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before in a workplace and I knew I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to join such a hardworking and dedicated team.
