What’s Your Role at CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?
As the Commercial Operations Manager I oversee production of all commercial projects, working closely with my team to ensure customer success.
What do you like most about being the Commercial Operations Manager at CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?
Being able to assist our customers by delivering a completed project that the customer, myself, the production team and crew can be proud of. Making projects “easy” for our customers. Providing an extraordinary experience to our customers that makes them customers for life.
Tell me about your background before coming to CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?
As a lifelong resident of Madison County, I was born and raised in Anderson. I worked in the automotive collision repair industry for three years before nearly ten years in the corrections/probation supervision field. A great friend in Brady Pettigrew (Current CPPI Residential Sales Associate) always talked about how great of a company CertaPro Painters was to work for. In 2016, I made the jump and started as an Assistant Commercial Project Manager.
Tell us three things people don’t know about you?
I enjoy fishing
I enjoy motorsports
I spend too much money on my saltwater fish tank.
If you could have a super power what would it be?
Controlling the weather
What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?
I can’t say that I have a favorite. I just enjoy helping people when I can. From opening and holding a door for someone at a gas station, to volunteering my time to organizations to the transformation of a property after a project is completed that my customer is proud of.
What drew you to CertaPro Painters Indianapolis?
My name… Drew. I had several friends from high school that worked for CPPI and always had great things to say about the company and people they worked with. After joining the CPPI team, I am now the one telling others about the great things of this company.
