ABOUT THE VENUE:
Indiana Premium Outlets is a 378,000 SR Premium Outlet Center with 80 storefront outlets, located in Edinburgh, Indiana. The pre-existing condition was in very rough shape with a lot of peeling and faded roof coating, along with minor EIFS repairs and resurfacing that needed to take place.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
For the metal roofing of the buildings, power washing and scraping were imperative to get the substrate ready to accept both primer and top coats.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES:
Due to the location and heat that metal roofing experiences, our team utilized Tex-Cote Cooling Technology products that are backed by a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty.
