Commercial Painting Project in Indianapolis
R&R Plumbing
R&R Plumbing’s office building is located close to Speedway, IN. The building is home to both the office and warehouse operations. R&R was interested in having offices, hallways, and other common and occupied spaces repainted. The painting was to be done to ceilings, door frames, doors, and walls. While working in an occupied office space, there is always a logistical challenge and balance that can only be organized through a high level of communication between the Project Management team and the client.
From Jason the estimator to Trenton the supervisor to the great crew that did the prep work and painting, this was one of the best companies I have had the privilege of working with. They are a superior company and would recommend them to everyone. Great job

CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:The interior walls were showing wear, usually identified by scuff marks that can no longer be cleaned by a simple wipe down. They were also interested in choosing new colors to update the space. Light drywall repairs were needed prior to painting.
CONDITIONS:
- Permanent scuffs.
- Color change requested.
- Drywall repairs.
- Painting.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Drywall repairs – prior to painting we addressed issues on the drywall.
- Painting – providing a new color to the interior of the areas.
