Memory Ventures in Fishers, Indiana was seeking professional painters to help them transform the interior and exterior of an old supermarket into a new space for their client.
This included things like both interior and exterior painting and EIFS and drywall repairs. The main purpose for them was to find a trusted partner who could help transform the existing space to meet the needs of its new use. The project posed some unique challenges, like working off of blueprints.

CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:The main challenge our team faced while completing this project for Memory Ventures was working off of blueprints for what the new space would look like. Specifically, this was challenging when it came to repairs because we were working in the existing space, but making repairs to fit the new space.
We focused on making sure our communications with Memory Ventures and each other were clear to help avoid any confusion while completing the project. Our team also had to logistically handle having 4 lifts on-site to complete the painting both inside and outside.
CONDITIONS:
- The building was completely cleared out.
- We were collaborating with other vendors on-site who were working on other projects for Memory Ventures.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Plan: Working with Memory Ventures to understand their unique needs and how we could best transform the building’s interior and exterior for them.
- Repair: Implementing both Interior and exterior repairs, including EIFS repair, raked concrete exterior, smooth concrete and interior drywall.
- Paint: Using a variety of painting products and tools, like lifts, to completed all interior and exterior painting.
PROJECT TIMELINE
This project took our team 4 months, from start to finish, to complete.
BENEFITS
The attention to detail our team brought, allowed for a successful project. Having the fresh paint really brought all the surfaces back to life and into this decade. The space looked transformed, refreshed, and new when we were finished.
