Industrial Painting Project in Indianapolis
James H Drew Property
The James H Drew property contains multiple office and warehouse buildings. For this project, CertaPro painted the exterior of 3 corrugated metal siding warehouse buildings. James H Drew’s warehouse buildings store equipment and materials for daily operations, both inside and around the exteriors. James H Drew is located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, IN.
The buildings were previously painted and had shown signs of peeling paint as well damage to the various areas of siding. As with many corrugated metal warehouses, siding dent repairs were not a large concern of the client, however, making sure the building was properly cleaned and all peeling paint was appropriately prepped and sealed prior to painting was the focus. The work was completed during normal working hours which meant tight communication by CertaPro’s Production Team with the management of James H Drew was required so that the employees and painters did not interrupt either groups work.
