Home Office and Entryway Paint Project in Westfield, IN

Scope of the Project:

In order to provide that enhanced sense of character that the homeowner was looking for, the entryway received panel molding on a section of the walls, as well as a chair rail with square detailing. In the office, the team installed panel molding on two walls and continued the chair rail and square design throughout the room.

Challenges and Solutions:

One of the unique challenges of this project was ensuring the new colonial-style trim complemented the existing craftsman-style elements. To achieve a cohesive look, the team replaced the baseboards, door and window casings, and crown molding. Instead of a standard crown molding installation, the office was upgraded with an intricate stage three crown molding, which involved installing multiple trim pieces to create a more elegant and refined appearance.
