In June 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Indianapolis completed an exterior painting project for an HOA-managed townhome community in Fishers, Indiana. This project was part of a structured, multi-year maintenance program designed to preserve the appearance and integrity of the property while supporting long-term budgeting and planning.
The goal of the project was not only to refresh the exterior of the assigned buildings for that year, but also to protect the structures from environmental damage and extend the lifespan of exterior materials.
SCOPE OF THE WORK:
The project included thorough surface preparation, carpentry repairs, and full exterior painting of the designated townhome buildings. Preparation involved scraping loose or failing paint to create a stable surface for new coatings.
Where needed, wood components were repaired or replaced to restore structural integrity before painting. Once surfaces were properly prepared, coatings were applied to provide both aesthetic improvement and long-term protection against the elements.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS:
A key component of this project was maintaining strong communication between the project team, HOA leadership, and individual homeowners. Clear expectations were established early regarding scheduling, access, and scope of work.
Throughout the project, regular updates ensured that all parties remained informed, allowing the team to coordinate efficiently and minimize disruption to residents. This collaborative approach enabled smooth project execution and timely completion.
