An Exterior Overhaul
The upper level of this residence required both carpentry repairs and a new paint job. There was some damage from plant growth, but a majority of the fixes were due to woodpecker damage. We substituted the siding on the house’s rear with fiber cement and incorporated new trim. In different parts of the house, we updated portions of the board and batten using similar material. After completing all the carpentry work, we breathed new life into the home by applying a fresh coat of paint.

SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The tenacity of the woodpeckers resulted in the plywood behind the exterior being damaged as well, which meant more carpentry repairs before painting could take place.
