Exterior Tilt Up Project in Greenfied
Midwest Mole
The building is a large tilt-up precast building that houses both the office and warehouse operations for Midwest Mole. The building is in Greenfield, IN located in a large open area.
The building had the original, builder grade coating that was around 5 years old. The coating had faded badly, and the customer was looking to find a coating solution that would hold up to the extreme conditions that the building would naturally be affected by being out in an open area with few other buildings around. Because of this, we discussed the benefit of using Premium products from Sherwin Williams such as Emerald and Pro-Industrial Sher-Cryl.
