Recently Completed Warehouse Compound Project in Mechanicsburg, PA

In September of 2024, CertaPro Painters of Harrisburg PA was contracted to a warehouse facility in Mechanicsburg to repaint 3 large warehouses, along with other surfaces including overhead dock doors, egress doors, fire valves/hydrants, and more throughout the 35,000 sq foot facility. In its original state, the warehouse’s exteriors were quite faded and exhibited noticeable staining so the company decided to brighten things up a bit and give their facility an exciting exterior makeover. From start to finish, this project took our commercial painting team about 30 days to complete.

The project involved our crew coordinating with management teams to ensure dock doors would be accessible, employee break areas were vacated and cars relocated to avoid overspray. A challenging aspect of this project was utilizing 2-4 60′ Man-Lifts for each of the 3 warehouses, as well as robust paint sprayers that need to withstand 30 straight days for a sustained 8-10 hours of usage per warehouse.

This project required our CertaPro crew to also work full weekends to maintain our timely schedule after 10 days of consistent unexpected rain.
