Retail Center in Camp Hill, PA
Featured Commercial Project
CertaPro Business Painters of Harrisburg, PA
In July 2020, CertaPro Painters® of Harrisburg, PA was contacted to complete a project for a retail center in Camp Hill, PA. The 40,000 square foot center required maintenance on varying sections including the Drivit siding, fascia, soffit, signage, columns, and roof.
Prior to the project, surfaces were stained and severely faded. The exterior was transformed with Sherwin Williams paint products to change the color scheme and provide the plaza with a completely different look.
CertaPro Painters® renovation efforts substantially raised the curb appeal of the storefronts. The plaza now offered an eye-catching strip of retail stores for customer use.
Challenges Painting the Retail Center
Projects of this magnitude contain their own set of unique hurdles. Coordination among the painting team and communication with property management was of utmost importance as to not interfere with daily operations and to finish the project as swiftly as efficiently as possible.
More specifically, the plaza presented a challenge with its multiple tall bell towers. CertaPro’s professionals used a sixty-foot lift for the hard to reach areas that the towers presented. In addition, the storefront signage was not removed for the task, requiring special care taken by the team to complete the painting around each letter.
THE FINAL RESULT
When the project was complete, CertaPro Painters® of Harrisburg, PA gathered images of the restoration in Camp Hill. The fresh coat of paint added new life into the large complex, even providing a fresh appeal to the prominent bell towers on display throughout the center.
