Commercial Case Study

The Task:

Facet, a filtration company with a facility in Greensboro, NC, selected CertaPro Painters to refresh the paint on the exterior and interior of their test building.  The paint had faded and some areas had significant peeling, particularly the railings and exposed pipes.

The Work:

CertaPro Painters pressure washed the exterior to remove grease, dirt and loose paint.  They caulked cracks in the block walls and scraped/sanded railings and pipes that were peeling.  Since Facet is a working fuel lab, access challenges were seen throughout the job – this required painting around sensitive equipment, pipes and conduit.  Some of the tight access points really put the CertaPro crew to the test.  The crew was able to complete the job in about two weeks during November 2022 without impacting the normal lab operation.

Final Results:

CertaPro Painters of Greensboro successfully painted the interior and exterior walls of Facet’s premises and the customer was very happy with the result.  Check out the photos from this project below!
