Exterior Painting for Local Country Club

A country club in Phoenixville wanted to ensure that their first impression is the greatest, and that is why they trusted CertaPro Painters of the Great Valley and West Chester with reviving the exterior of their Pro Shop.

The building greets every visitor at the entrance and serves as the home base for starting and ending one’s golf game. This Pro Shop is part of the original Country Club estate dating back to 1915, and given its historical significance, the exterior appeared to have been neglected for many years.

In order to redeem the building’s charming character, we used Sherwin Williams durable and high-quality Loxon Conditioner as a base coat to help tighten and preserve the stucco, followed by two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 Acrylic Latex paint in the color SW 7006 Extra White for the stucco and a custom green color to match the trim!
