Office Complex in Paoli, PA

The owner of an office complex in Paoli, PA, contacted us to paint the building exterior. It was recently purchased, and the new owner wanted to refresh the exterior and change colors.

We began the project by restoring and caulking all the expansion cracks.

The majority of the exterior is EIFS, or exterior insulated finishing system. We painted the EIFS and the accent strip that runs all around the building. We had to hire a 65 foot boom lift to do the work.

The exterior color of the EIFS is Sherwin Williams 7641 Colonnade Gray and the accent strip is Sherwin Williams 7069 Iron Ore.

The exterior looks brand new and we’re thrilled with the results!
