A large neighborhood in Malvern, PA sought out our eye for detail and tasked us with updating a variety of their units’ exteriors.
We prepped and painted all front porch posts, ceilings, and fascia; wood entry and garage doors and frames; the wood soffit and fascia and rake boards; and wood privacy fencing and gates. We also painted pergolas, screened porches, light posts, and a handful of community signposts!
The colors selected are Sherwin Williams SW 0041 Hunter Green for accents and SW 7005 Pure White for the trim.
