We service the surrounding areas not limited to but including West Chester, Malvern, Wayne, and Phoenixville.

Residential Sales Associate:
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Residential Sales Associate. Our ideal Residential Sales Associate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close contracts through a consultative sales approach. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on-the-job training is provided. What we're looking for

Responsibilities:

• Complete Setup call to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer.
• Meet with the customer in person and collaborate on their project
• Prepare detailed proposal
• Participate in all Company-sponsored Home Shows.
• Participation in On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings.
• Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor.

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • 2-3 years Sales experience
  • History of accomplishments and promotions
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized and energetic
Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
Salary plus commission based on experience and performance ($55-$70K)
