Residential Case Study
Bethlehem, PA - Vinyl Siding & Stucco Painting
Client and their story:
A homeowner in Bethlehem, PA contacted us to refresh the exterior of their beautiful home.
After the customer purchased the residence, they decided to have new stucco installed matching the color of the new addition that was recently added. The vinyl surfaces were washed out and some of the wood trims had peeling paint and required minor carpentry repairs. Additionally, the customer wanted to change the color of the vinyl siding to match the stucco in a vinyl safe color.
CertaPro Painters Solution:
To begin this project, our crew power washed the home and performed the necessary preparations and repairs. Next, we performed some minor repairs to the wood trim, primed any of the bare wood surfaces and started painting the location. Our painters used Sherwin Williams products such as Latitude Exterior Paint in a Vinyl Safe Color and Porch and Floor Enamel Paint to paint the home’s siding, wood, and porch floor.
Results:
This project was fulfilling to do because it was a big change from before to after. We started this project in early August and it took the painters 5 days to complete. Not only did the color of the home change, but we were able to make the customers very happy by color matching the stucco. We were elated to deliver a clean, cohesive, refreshed look to our customer’s property.
