Commercial Case Study

The Client:

River Rock Management is a real estate company based in Easton, PA, specializing in apartment rentals. In August 2022, they contacted us for help updating their Riverview Apartments multi-unit building, which was built in 1900.

The Client Challenge:

When we began this project, the front windows were recently removed and infilled with stucco. And the building’s exterior was bright pink, so they wanted to change that to something more modern and neutral.

Throughout the project, our challenges included the building’s height, low water pressure, and heavy foot traffic.

The CertaPro Painters® Solution:

We dealt with all the challenges accordingly and completed the project as planned. Due to the low water pressure, we brought in a water truck. We also used an 80-foot lift to reach the higher areas of the 4-story building and followed all safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our crew and the foot traffic around the job site.

The paint colors we used were Benjamin Moore’s Texcrete in AF-680 Wish for the body and Regal MoorGlo in AF-720 Sparrow for the accent pieces.

The Success and Result:

Our team completed this exterior painting project in approximately two weeks due to weather conditions. The final results met the customer’s expectations and brought the building back to life!
