How do you schedule a FREE estimate appointment?
You can schedule a free in-home or remote estimate appointment by filling out our free estimate form or calling us at (484) 519-0517
How much does it cost to paint the interior/exterior of a home?
Prices can vary based on the cost of materials, complexity of project, surface prep needed, repairs, etc. The best way to receive a quote is to schedule a FREE estimate appointment.
How do you schedule my project?
We schedule your job to start on a specific week and will communicate this to you by email or telephone.
The week prior to your start date, we will contact you to confirm the Job Site Supervisor (JSS), their arrival time, colors and sheens for your project.
We will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Once the job is started, who do I contact with questions/concerns?
Once the job has started, you can reach out to your JSS or Production Associate (PA) with any questions you may have regarding your project.
How do I pick paint colors?
You can go to your local Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore store to get inspired or check out:

Who buys the paint?
We typically provide the paint for all our projects and prefer to use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paints.
How long does it take to paint a home?
Although we show up every day from start to finish, every project is unique. Painting any home will vary based on:
- Size of the crew.
- Size of home.
- Number of stories.
- Materials being painted.
- Colors chosen.
- Amount of prep, etc.
- Weather for exterior projects.
What is guaranteed coverage? Do I need it?
Guaranteed coverage means we will apply as many coats as it takes to ensure the area is completely covering the surface.
For interior and exterior projects, 2 coats are typically sufficient to cover the area. More coats may be required for bold colors or going from a dark to light color.
Can the painters work alone in my house?
Absolutely! This is the most common scenario for many of our projects. Our crews have been with us for a long time, and we trust them to do a great job.
What happens if there is a problem?
We want to make sure “We Deliver What We Promise.” If a problem arises you can:Contact the JSS on your project. In most cases, they can find a way to work through this with you.Contact the PA assigned to your project. If they are not able to fully satisfy you, please contact our office at 484-519-0517.
How do I pay?
Cash, Check, or Credit Card. For credit cards, you can call our office, or use our portal. We also have interest and interest-free finance options.
If you are interested in different finance options, please let the Sales Associate know during your estimate appointment.
The JSS can collect a check for your final balance after the Pride Walk has been completed. Please make the check payable to CertaPro Painters.
What if something was missed?
Our painters take pride in what they do, but sometimes things can be missed. If you notice something that needs our attention during the Pride Walk, please let the JSS know. If for any reason you notice the touch-up after the crew has already left, reach out to our office.
Is there a warranty for painting on the interior/exterior of a home?
We have a limited 2-year warranty that you can review here.
Do you offer any specials or discounts for groups like veterans, seniors, etc?
Yes, we do offer promotional discounts throughout the year along with free financing options, check out our promotions / special offers. We offer one discount per project.
