rain, excessive humidity, or unexpected weather conditions may require adjustments to your
start date. If schedule changes become necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to
keep you informed.
For Exterior Projects:
IN ORDER TO HELP ENSURE EFFICIENCY, SAFETY, AND SMOOTH PROGRESS FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE WE ARRIVE:
⭐ Move vehicles away from the work area and driveway.
⭐ Notify us of any neighborhood parking restrictions and recommend the best parking location if space is limited.
⭐ Close all windows securely before we arrive for pressure washing.
⭐ Remove fragile decorations, planters, and outdoor décor.
⭐ Relocate patio furniture, grills, umbrellas, and portable fire pits.
⭐ Trim back shrubs, bushes, and tree branches that are touching painted surfaces.
⭐ Ensure gates are unlocked if access to side or rear elevations is required.
⭐ Keep pets indoors or securely contained throughout the project.
⭐ Notify our Sales/Production Manager and Job Site Supervisor of any concerns regarding landscaping, irrigation systems, or exterior lighting.
