Condo Bathroom Remodel Project in Hudsonville, MI
Posted on March 10, 2023
In early February of 2023, we received a call from a Previous Customer who asked us to come and assess their lower-level bathroom. Upon arrival, it was evident that the ceiling and walls, both the paint and wallpapered areas, were experiencing failure most likely caused by moisture. For a substantial amount less than a Remodeling Company would charge, our In-House Carpenter was able to tackle everything. The failing paint was scraped and a waterproofing agent was applied to the ceiling and wall section of the shower stall. The wallpaper and underlying glue were removed and the walls were patched to create a flush surface. After the tile work was installed and grouted, our Carpenter got to work on priming and painting the walls.
Our customer chose the color Malabar by Sherwin Williams to create cohesiveness with the newly installed tile, along with the existing ceramic tile floor and stained trim. Before packing up, our Customer had also mentioned their internet issues caused by a badly placed router. This was no problem for our Carpenter who built, painted, and installed a shelf for the router to be moved to. Our Customers are beyond happy with the results of their project and we were excited to be the entity that transformed this space. We’d like to extend a big THANK YOU to our Customer for hiring CertaPro and another big THANK YOU to our Carpenter for the tremendous work he performed!!
