Commercial Case Study: Menasha Corporation Warehouse

Project Overview

On this project we were called upon to repaint the Menasha Corporation warehouse ceiling, portions of which were never painted before. This facility comprised a total square footage of 24,000 square feet. Overall, this project required a 50-foot lift, 385 gallons of dryfall in white, and 50 gallons of Pro Industrial Procryl Primer in white.
The working conditions were challenging. The warehouse ceiling had not been painted in over 50 years. This project required working around the customer so the warehouse could continue operations at 100%. This meant weekend work and second-shift work for our painters.

Project Results

The project was very involved, with prep work consisting of cleaning the surfaces, masking necessary areas, priming as needed, and two coats of paint. While we projected a 4-week timeline to completion, we were able to finish before the projected completion date, and on budget, making for a happy customer!
