Residential Home Painting Project in South Haven, MI
Our residential painting team completed this residential painting project in February 2021. The project was completed on a home located in South Haven, MI and took our team 3-4 days to complete.
CONDITION OF HOME BEFORE WORK BEGAN:
Home décor had deep base colors, wall damage and oak trim to repair. CPP completed dry wall patching, primed over deep base colors and repaired trim prior to painting. The finished product has updated colors with open feel that compliments owners style and furniture.
CHALLENGES:
Home has 20 foot ceilings in great room, protection of oak/wood trim during painting process, blocking out deep colors and extensive wall repairs.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT/TECHNIQUES:
We applied skim coating to the walls in walls in sections, used tall ladders in the great room and laser cut in lines which was required to preserve the wood trim.
