Before Photos
State of the building before the project began: The CMU on the building was in poor condition. Lots of failing paint due to moisture and poor surface prep by painters before us.
Challenges: We bid this building based off false measurements for the lines/angles. When we went to start the project the customer stated he wanted all angles at 36 degrees. This meant I needed to create a large template at the 36 degree angle for my crew.
Special Equipment: We used the 36* angle template I create out of cardboard and a chalk line.
The Final Results
We used heavy duty block filler on bare block and emerald satin finish was used on everything else. The building looked great once the project was complete!
