Lake Michigan Field Station Painting Project

Scope of Work:

*Power wash entire building. Scrub with TSP and bleach and brush as needed.

*Spot prime rusty metal.

*Paint two coats on siding with Benjamin Moore Latex MoorGlo Soft Gloss, color match brown building on property.

*Paint two coats on all garage doors with Benjamin Moore Latex MoorGlo Soft Gloss white paint.

*Paint trim around large garage doors in red color to match vinyl roof.

*Paint trim around small garage doors to match brown siding.

*Wire brush, sand, caulk as needed.
