Cheyenne Melton was upfront about the issue and resolved it quickly. Painter was efficient and proficient, a nice combination. “The CertaPro team that painted the exterior of my home was very hard working. The project included removing & replacing damaged stucco panels and cedar framing boards. I knew this would be difficult and discussed the project several times with Andrew the Franchise Owner. Andrew even had his crew supervisor meet us at the property to discuss the project including the stucco panels removal and replacement. We still ran into stucco panel replacement & removal issues which caused additional work. The issues were hidden from view behind the stucco panels when the estimate was written. Andrew asked if I would be willing to increase the project cost above his estimate. He did not insist on the project cost increase. I felt the project cost increase was reasonable. I agreed to add extra funds to the estimated project costs for the extra work. Next time I paint I will insist on a small dumpster to collect daily trash. Over the projects time frame the crew bagged most trash every day but did not haul it away every day.”

“We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of CertaPro Painters of Glen Ellyn. We had already had some plaster repairs done in our family room, and we only wanted to paint three of the walls in that room. They matched the paint perfectly to the other painted wall. Also, Andrew, the franchise owner, was very courteous and accommodating since we needed to have our downstairs finished before the painting of our upstairs hallway and one bedroom. Andrew was very good to work with and kept the original quote even though we delayed the project three times due to covid concerns. The crew also removed the bathroom mirrors which saved the need for a second vendor. The project took 1/2 day more than planned but the result was very good. If I could add another 1/2 star I would.”
