CertaPro Painters of Glen Ellyn, IL was employed this past November to refurbish this long-time customer's foyer and upstairs hallway. Throughout the project, we were tasked with removing the old wallpaper from the surfaces of the home, repainting each wall with 2 fresh coats of paint, and painting the doors and trim!
The first order of business for our team was to ensure that we thoroughly prepared our client’s home for the painting process. Since we were going to be painting such a tall space, we prioritized setting up a work area that would allow us to safely employ the use of tall ladders while also protecting our client’s home from any potential damages. We also utilized tarps and other protective instruments to protect the client’s home from any paint drips.
Once our team was done preparing their workspace, it was time for our painters to employ their expert skills to paint our client’s home. Below, you can see some photos of how the client’s home looked prior to our arrival!
Once we were done painting, our client was thrilled with our work! We gave all of the surfaces 2 fresh coats of a lightly-toned grey paint, and painted all of the trim and detail-work along the stairwell of the foyer and doorways in an off-white color.
