BEST painters by far! The owner, Charlie came out within a few days of calling, looked at the job, & we had a quote by next day. Quote was given on a legally binding contract which is unusual for most. Most want to operate on strictly a quote--a one page with a price--which is not really legally binding. Shortly after we agreed to using them, I received an email from their clerk stating that they had my contract and would notify me when a team was available. They ended up getting our project done several days early and the team showed up 1 hour early. The team was cordial and polite--asking if they could clean their brushes/buckets on our property which we gladly agreed (since they asked). Most don't ask they just do it and we find the evidence after their gone. They worked all day through lunch and knocked on the door when completed. The painting could not have been better--we had eves, chimney and gables done. These folks are going in my rolodex--will def use again if needed!

We highly recommend Charley Rye and his Certa Pro Team. They were efficient, and pleasant to be around. Our neighbors have stopped to tell us how great our house looks!

I set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on replacing some wood siding and to repaint the house. Charlie let me know he could come out earlier than scheduled which was awesome. He had an estimate to me in 24 hours for the painting. Out of the 4 companies that I contacted about the job, Certa Pro was the only one that came out, was professional, and acted in a way that may me feel they wanted my project. I appreciate Charlie more than he could know.

Charley showed up on time and was very pleasant -- did not pressure us into anything other than what we asked for and thought some items could wait and were not as noticeable and we had thought.

After doing a hilarious attempt of "touch up painting" where we ended up using the wrong color paint on a white trim, walls, and door... It was time to hire some professionals and have it done right. Charlie and his team came in and got the estimate done, scheduled, and his team executed it quickly and professionally. Watching them work was quite interesting as their hands are steady and they can do the trim without straying.
